Whilst I have just paid for a five year service plan for my BMW 218I RJ 65 PCF, the first service, which is an oil change, is due in June, 2016 so I have not had any service done yet !!!
The Service Dept understood my issues and took time to investigate it.
I phoned to book the car for a service but also explained i needed a new headlight cover on drivers side ; on arrival the lady dealing with me confirmed that a new headlight was to be fitted ; then when collecting the car - continued below

Amazing service. Called on the Tuesday and instead of giving me times available they asked when I was available and made it work. Amazing service from the receptionist also as soon as I walked through the door. What lovely people.

The front brake pads were replaced as requested. I was kept informed of when it would be completed and what parts were required. However the car was not cleaned as they were very busy that day.
People in the showroom are very nice and friendly (well most of them). The receptionist, sales persons and ones who manage service appointment as well. However a few people from the actual service garage are a huge let down. They talk like dirt ...
I cannot recommend Josh Jones enough. I turned up without an appointment and he arranged it so that my brakes could be done that day.
I was told that my car was ready for collection and it had just came out of the car wash after the running in service. When i picked the car up it had Not been washed?
I took my car to Newport Sytner at approx 7:15 AM, expecting a wait until opening, but the Service Advisor, Josh, was extremely helpful in having a look at the car and experiencing the problem first hand. Great service.

Pleasant service and prompt
My daughters BMW was brought in for a recall on the same day as mine was booked in for its first pre MOT check. Both cars were left in for the day we were provided with a lift home and back to collect the cars and both were returned cleaned. .

Walked in explained there was damage to my vehicle and within 5 minutes had the bodyshop manager looking into it. This was great, however would have given full marks but would have been nice to recieve updates via email of which stage the repairs are
I was dropped off to work while my car was undergoing the end of MOT healthcheck and then picked up from work once this was complete to collect my car.

The initial negotiation had been a challenge as the car had options which would not have been on my wish list. However, Lewis Williams listed to my comments and structured an agreement which met the needs of both parties.
Martin Nolan very quickly understood what I wanted and offered professional helpful advice. He was not pushy, and has excellent customer focus linked with a sound knowledge of BMW cars. An excellent ambassador for BMW.

Easy to deal with and very prompt
I travelled from glasgow to Wales to collect my car. Everything was in place and ready for me arriving. Sytner also put me up in a hotel for the night which was welcomed after a long drive. Lloyd Williams did a fantastic job getting everything ready.
Satisfied despite issues. The Sat Nav installation was missing from the X5. Small gouge in from bumper of M140i. Lewis (our salesman) went out of his way to address both issues in the quickest time frame he could.
