We had a few issues with the brake pads not being ordered prior to my cars visit the first time. So people could therefore rate the service completely dissatisfied but for me it was how well that issue was overcome by the sytner Newport family.
Reception staff and service staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was done in a timely manner.
The service was carried out to my satisfaction also a small fault was carried out at the same time.
I took my car for it's second service to BMW Newport hoping for a better experience from the last time. Unfortunately this was not to be. I was told the service could not be completed because they didn't have any spark plugs. Just not good enough.
My car was only in for an MOT, that at only £37.50 was extremely competitively priced. My car was valeted and cleaned, I really unexpected bonus considering that it was only in for an MOT - wonderful !
Not Sytners fault, but to be told the Sat Nav problem you have requires a work around is poor. However, I have been told that this issue has been escalated to BMW UK for full resolution????

My Bluetooth is not functioning and I mentioned this when signing in for service. Its still not working.
Although the technician broke a part on my car whilst fixing another fault, it was communicated promptly, and repaired the next day

Made to feel at ease
The communication was poor as I had to ring 3 times and drive down to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Then two days later when lifting the seat forward I found that the back of the seat hadnt been clipped in correctly.
The service/check was carried out very quickly. I was disappointed I then had to wait nearly an hour for the car to be cleaned and even then it wasn't and would have been another 30 mins before they could start it so I left.
I receive very informative information about my vehicle when its having a service or repair and I like to receive quotes of the cost before the work is undertaken which is freely offered to me.

As per the above. Replacement car as promised was of a high standard and I was kept informed throughout the day as to progress, timings etc.
As above, if you say that a service will be provided at a given time and place and finished in a like manner then the customer expects that. BMW delivered.
At the first MOT and end of warantee check. The car passed its MOT but the warantee check revealed a broken suspension spring. I was allowed to remove the car from synter only to find that the technician on video had advised not to drive the car.
Encountered a few problems after collection. Oil on steering wheel. Dent in door.

We were expecting a quick turn around and left the car there for several hours but when we returned after shopping The car was not ready and we waited for over an hour, we had booked the car in for 11 o'clock and left just after 4,

Poor service had to be very firm to get my needs met after bmw caused more problems with my after dealing with recall
This is a fair rating as the new vehicle has not yet been in for service, but did have a blip when first taken ownership.
The service I received at Sytner Cardiff was exceptional
No problems arose then or since
I was given a report which reassured me that my vehicle was really looked at and was proved by sending me a short video of the examination of main items on the car.
I do not feel that I was given the best level of service as I don't feel that my car was checked over properly before I collected it.

The staff at Sytner Newport are always friendly and helpful, nothing is ever a problem. As I am based in Bath, they even provide a personal pick up and drop off service provided by one of their sales staff who lives close by.

BMW mixed up the date my husband's car was booked in for MOT.
Car booked in for MOT with understanding that a Health Check and valet would be carried out as well as MOT. No sign of Health Check and was advised car ready for collection but valet equipment out of commission.
Problem was dealt with, secondary faults were not resolved.
Good but kept refering to me as "Mr". I am female.

I was dealt with within a few minutes of arriving at Sytner, Josh the service manager who handled my service was excellent and knowledgeable he kept me updated at all times and he made me feel valued as a customer. It was a pleasure to say the least

My car went in for MOT and Service. It required parts and though the garage was very busy the work was carried out as rapidly as possible given other bookings.
Work done to a high standard with punctual courtesy drive back home and collection back to the dealership. Only negative - Not happy with having brake fluid changed every 2 years when it used to be every 3 years.
When I arrived at Sytner Newport there was a young lady who was very attentive, she told me to sit at the table and would get JOSH to come to me as I am dissabled and use 2 walking sticks.I was offered a cup of coffee.

For all the reasons mentioned above and the fact that I was made to feel very comfortable when I waited to pick my car up . The car was returned to me clean and shining! The lady who greeted me in reception was charming .

All through the manufacture and delivery from Germany, I was kept informed of the progress, this enabled me to organise finance and insurance cover to ensure handover went quickly and smoothly.

We received a very thorough, professional service from both Stephen and Lloyd. Both had very good in depth knowledge about our vehicle and financial product. Nothing was too much trouble and they delivered a first class customer service. Quality.
Contact with sales person was not the best. Had lots of trouble getiting calls returned and problem with returning of emails.

After the extremely poor service from Sytner Cardiff and Sytner High Wycombe, I'm glad I called Sytner Newport. They are miles ahead of the other dealers I dealt with in terms of service, not trying to pull the wool over my eyes, and just honest.
