It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Whilst I have just paid for a five year service plan for my BMW 218I RJ 65 PCF, the first service, which is an oil change, is due in June, 2016 so I have not had any service done yet !!!

People in the showroom are very nice and friendly (well most of them). The receptionist, sales persons and ones who manage service appointment as well. However a few people from the actual service garage are a huge let down. They talk like dirt ...

I travelled from glasgow to Wales to collect my car. Everything was in place and ready for me arriving. Sytner also put me up in a hotel for the night which was welcomed after a long drive. Lloyd Williams did a fantastic job getting everything ready.
