Their failure to give me a price of the basic servicing cost for my M6. Their call to imply that I needed to spend £3k on pads and discs, when I knew I didn't need all of that. Comments continued below since no space here ....
From booking to car collection and service everything aspect handled professionally. However I am still waiting for reply to my query about the wheel bearing going so guickly in my X 3 which has done only 30000 miles.

2 tyres my local depot would do this in approx 40 minutes. You agreed if I was there at 08.30 and forgo your valeting the car your turnaround would better my previous Synter tyre experience . You took approx 2.5 hrs ! Not good enough.

Whilst I have just paid for a five year service plan for my BMW 218I RJ 65 PCF, the first service, which is an oil change, is due in June, 2016 so I have not had any service done yet !!!

Issue dealt with efficiently
The front brake pads were replaced as requested. I was kept informed of when it would be completed and what parts were required. However the car was not cleaned as they were very busy that day.
Work done to high standard
People in the showroom are very nice and friendly (well most of them). The receptionist, sales persons and ones who manage service appointment as well. However a few people from the actual service garage are a huge let down. They talk like dirt ...
I cannot recommend Josh Jones enough. I turned up without an appointment and he arranged it so that my brakes could be done that day.
I took my car to Newport Sytner at approx 7:15 AM, expecting a wait until opening, but the Service Advisor, Josh, was extremely helpful in having a look at the car and experiencing the problem first hand. Great service.
I was told that my car was ready for collection and it had just came out of the car wash after the running in service. When i picked the car up it had Not been washed?

Lewis your sales person at synter newport who sold me my new BMW 520 X DRIVE was very good and there was no fuss, any questions where answered in a professional manner and the response time when questions where asked by myself where addressed quickly
The initial negotiation had been a challenge as the car had options which would not have been on my wish list. However, Lewis Williams listed to my comments and structured an agreement which met the needs of both parties.
