Nicola ensured my car was ready as soon as possible because I had to wait for it. I was kept regularly updated and thrilled to have it back by 12, as I had only dropped it off at 9am.

Would have been a better score, but the vehicle check said 3tyres of one manufacturer, and 1 from another. Reality was that all 4 tyres were the same. This was rather careless, and causes the customer to have doubts about the vehicle check.

The car washing service was not up to the normal standard. Wheel alloys not cleaned properly with visible black marks from brake dust. And windows not clean signs of smudges.

When asked if car needed washing I said ok but found water marks all over car which I presumed that it had a hose pipe put on and no drying of car.

My car was damaged in the workshop, resulting in it being in the dealer for 3 additional days (after promising one day)

Appears efficient although at rare occasions can be pre-occupied with supplying with a package of diagnostics rare than simply focusing on obvious matter at hand.

The only negative was that the tyre pressures with the four tyres being replaced were at different PSI pressure. Readings -one as high as 42.2 with the other three coming in between 34.8 & 36.6.

I had to wait over a month for my car to be seen as I needed a loan car. You asked for the car for 2 days to repair the leak in the roof of my car and when I collected it I was told it had to be booked in for another week to be repaired

The car wasn't finished by the time they told me and wanted to keep it overnight which I couldn't do, so I had to take it back for another whole day. It cost nearly £1,500 as I needed new tyres and back brakes which is overpriced.

The person who sold me the car, Lloyd, he was great. I cannot fault him but other problems. £350 cash back from the purchase, when I had to take the car in for squeaky windows my wind screen got damaged and now the rear windows need new seals.
