Everything was completed as promised and on time
No offer of a lift home when told I had to leave my car there for 2 days and to be informed that they did not know what was wrong with the car and had to have head office involved.
The lady on reception and Josh on servicing are both very helpful and attentive.The servicing dept have resolved my warranty issues well.
I was on time, which was met. The job was done as expected.
Took longer than I expected plus did not know about a Scope service charge.What was that for?
Happy with the work carried out but when booking asked if brake fluid change was included in my service plan, told it was. When arrived told it wasn't included and was charged. Had booked day off so too late to take somewhere more convenient/cheaper.
We were told originally it would take approx. 2 hours but when we got there we were told it would be 4 hours, we had not made provision to get back to Caldicot, so had to spend a few hours in Newport and in BMW premises
I had an excellent service when I purchased the car but it was very slightly let down at service car not ready when I came to collect and not all work was carried out so necessary to re book again
The initial contact was good, the staff were helpful and knowledgable and I received a great service.

It came as a pleasant surprise when offered this free Birthday Service, after owning the car a year. I was well chuffed. I also got my control unit software upgraded for free which is much appreciated.

The few problems I have had with my car as always been rectified. If the car as to stay with the workshop a courtesy car is always provided which is a must in my circumstances.

Professional and reliable standard of customer service
Collection times were changed twice, once whilst I was en route to collect, even changing the day it would be ready, despite my dropping it off first thing and stating I wanted it back ASAP.

I speak to Nicola every time I call, which is very helpful. I get a date to bring the car in that suits me and I can always have a courtesy car. This is very important to me. On a bonus note, the car gets cleaned.

Ashley's communication was superb. I usually use Dick Lovett in Cribbs, where they will never drop me off anywhere or pick me up, unless I wish to catch a shuttle to The Mall. There was no questions from them regarding this, they happily obliged.
Reception very good, booking in counter efficient and as far as I am aware the car was looked after too!!I also liked the hire car.

Extra work was required that I agreed to but time estimates for this work was incorrect. Returned to centre 10 mins before car should have been ready but had to wait for ~1.5 hours.

The experience at the dealership was excellent - Josh Jones was extremely helpful. However, the service booking system is dreadful. Stop using a call centre and employ somebody at the dealership to take bookings - this is about service not profit.
I have always used Newport Sytner as they are efficient and friendly. Also Ive always felt they have provided a first rate service. I wont use anyone else
The courtesy driver les and all staff in the showroom (apologies can't remember all the names) were extremely polite and accommodating.

The sales staff were very knowledgeable and the business manager actually came out from behind his screen to talk face to face. This is not the case at my local dealer where they hide away.
