Very happy although I think the clean on the inside of the car could gave been slightly better as it looked like a liquid had been tipped on the inside of the drivers door.

The job was of an excellent standard and all the staff were very friendly and professional, unfortunately they took my car on the chip shop run and left it smelling like a greasy spoon and not a £60,000 car, I was annoyed to say the least
Dissatisfied with paying an extra £79 for a Vehicle Health Check when the car was already undergoing a full service and MOT. The minor checks in the Health Check are already covered by the MOT and Service. Also no Citnow video received.
The problem that the car went in for was only half solved
Customer service in the saloon is very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Not completely satisfied with the work the guys doing in the garage though. My car needed a sensor replaced for the alarm which took them a week and reset all my car settings.
Timely and polite.
I need more time to know if the fitting of a new final drive has solved the problem.
Great service from start to finish
The car's problem was a bit vague and difficult to demonstrate on the road, but reception and tecnicians persevered and found the root cause (slow-acting exhagust gas recirculation vale). THe service receptionist also arranged tyres at a good price
They presumably did all the simple tasks that I expected them to do.

My booking was made efficiently. I received a text reminder. I was received well and dealt withh professionally and the work was done in the time and at a cost I expected.What more could I ask for.

The staff (notably Josh and the lady on reception) are courteous, friendly and accommodating. The MOT and Service were carried out much faster than anticipated and I was able to make good use of the wifi to have a suprisingly productive morning.

Because when I started the car straight after the service the mileage came up as incorrect for the next service. I went back to the desk and waited for a technician to reset it to the correct service information.

From the moment of arrival at the centre one was looked after like royalty.The staff are second to none being most friendly & helpful.
The greeting was happy & helpful so was the chap booking my car in, who was extremely professional & obliging!
My X3 was subject to a recall which was dealt with although I was dismayed to find that they needed the car all day whereas the letter to me said it would take only 2 hours. The car was given a thorough check and I was advised to change all the tyres
Josh was fantastic - I only didn't rate as completely satisfied as I would have hoped that a 1 year old car wouldn't have had a fault which needed me to be without it for nearly 3 weeks!

Always get a good service at Sytner Newport, but during my recent visit it was brought to my attention that my car was still covered by a service pack.

I was quoted a price for my service, however when I dropped off the car I was told the bill was going to be at least double.

Fast polite personalised service from all in the service team
I was expecting to have 2 jobs done under warranty but was told I would be charged £50, which I would have to recover from Sytner Cardiff. I declined. I was also billed for 4 tyre valve caps which were missing when I bought the car! I complained.

Your service rep told me he would contact me about an issue I had. He didn't phone, so I phoned back. He reassured me he would phone (it was month end so it was busy!). 2 weeks after your month end I have still had no contact. Not good service
I have no complaints with the high level of service provided by Sytner. However, I have slight concerns over the new vehicle's reliability and inability of BMW to provide the components to rectify the vehicle.
The only negative was that I didn't receive the service video as promised

Their failure to give me a price of the basic servicing cost for my M6. Their call to imply that I needed to spend £3k on pads and discs, when I knew I didn't need all of that. Comments continued below since no space here ....
From booking to car collection and service everything aspect handled professionally. However I am still waiting for reply to my query about the wheel bearing going so guickly in my X 3 which has done only 30000 miles.

Every aspect of the service from booking to collecting the car afterwards was easy, on time etc. I've been driving for 40 years and Danielle, on the service desk, is the best I've ever dealt with earning the 5th star above.
2 tyres my local depot would do this in approx 40 minutes. You agreed if I was there at 08.30 and forgo your valeting the car your turnaround would better my previous Synter tyre experience . You took approx 2.5 hrs ! Not good enough.

Lloyd was great and highly recommended.I struggled to understand the finance docs with the finance man.Still not sure why £1000 deposit didn't show on docs despite explanation of something to do with Gap insurance.I've reviewed docs & still not clear

I was made to feel 'special' from the time I started talking to the sales rep about what specifications I was looking for in my new car. I have never purchased a brand new car before and so this was both an exciting and scary time for me.
