After a little disappointment at the beginning, everything went smoothly and problems been fixed at a good level. Still there are some little things but got a promise to be everything fixed. Overall I’m happy with the service.

No coffee offered on arrival (this is usually a given at BMW dealerships). The complimentary wash and vac must have been rushed since it was of the quality of a 99p car wash. Had to wash it again afterwards at home.
