Sytner staff care They deserve recognition
They were replacing my airbag and carried out a free health check on my car. I know now that I need to look at two issues on my car.
My hole experience at sytner Bmw newport has been great. All the staff are very professional, polite and friendly and are a pleasure to deal with
everything completed and explained very well.
I had a problem and they where very understanding and kind.

Same as anaswer 1, plus engineers took time to listen to the abnormal fault.
The work was completed on time and as promised, with good communication during the work.
No issues - nice clean courtesy car provided; kept me updated on work etc. Video of the work was a bit of a gimmick.
Although I emphasised there was a fault with tyre pressures, a routine check and reset was carried out which failed to recognise or resolve the problem.

I booked a brake fluid service for 10.00 and expected it to be started soon after. I did not expect to be told it would not start until much, much later, particularly as I live 20 miles away and was told I did not need a courtesy car. Otherwise OK
Oil service not done as I felt under pressure
After a little disappointment at the beginning, everything went smoothly and problems been fixed at a good level. Still there are some little things but got a promise to be everything fixed. Overall Im happy with the service.
Generally very good. The only reason for a part downgrade was the fact that I had a problem with my sunroof and booked my car in to have the software modified while I waited. It took them over and hour and a half with no feedback from Service

Not the best start but due to the part not being there on my first visit, despite calling almost a month before hand to arrange the appointment. But it was positively rectified with Nicola & I did receive a great service from them while I was there.
Brought car in for service at 8.15am. On checking progress was dismayed to that my car did not go into workshop until Midday at least. Not necessary for Sytner to have my car for 4 hours before it was touched.

My car was booked in easily and when I arrived I was given a warm welcome by Wendy and taken to see the Service Advisor allocated to me, Sophie, who also made me feel welcome and made the whole process smooth and without complication.
From the salesman Andrew O'Rourke to the service staff it has all been a well run and satisfying experience thus far.
My vehicle was serviced quickly and the work was carried out to a very high standard.
No coffee offered on arrival (this is usually a given at BMW dealerships). The complimentary wash and vac must have been rushed since it was of the quality of a 99p car wash. Had to wash it again afterwards at home.
see comments below, i ran out of characters in this box. Booking got messed up, car washed despite me asking them not to, repeated failure to follow up on a warranty issue that's now taken a year...

Despite my annoyance that my car required so much work after relatively little mileage, I found the Josh Jones (Service Dept.) was both extremely professional and very helpful.
I wanted to know the service cost, so my husband phoned BMW and was told about the service packages. I bought a 2 year package but have still not received any written confirmation!
The BMW centre was quite busy the day I was there but I never felt ignored and was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Every year I have my service and mot done owing to that I had a few major operations needed them to pick car up and bring it back they needed to come in and get the keys also to make sure anything that needed to be done was this was always completed

Because less than 3 weeks later my cars oil warning light came on showing that the oil was way below minimum and was warning me to top up oil asap. been buying BMW's for 15 years and never had this happen before.

Was advised I would be called at midday but the call came after 2pm only a small thing but did have leave a meeting to take the call.
car returned with bulb still not working and had to be taken back another time ,but when I did point this out they reacted very quickly and fully resolved issue
Would have been a better score, but the vehicle check said 3tyres of one manufacturer, and 1 from another. Reality was that all 4 tyres were the same. This was rather careless, and causes the customer to have doubts about the vehicle check.
Service staff appear to think more of STLYE than SUBSTANCES and because it's not a new car (though it's my pride and joy) the staff appear to be less courteous

The car was ready three days later, which was perfect. The sales exec, Dan Foster was amazing, really helpful. Finance team were brilliant. Dan talked through everything in the car on collection. Overall, really amazing service!

everything was explained about the car there were flowers on the seat which i thought was a lovely touch and i was offered another test drive with the salesman to make sure i was still happy with the car which i did take him up on the offer!
