Shame they can't valet car because of Covid.
I was kept very informed at all times my car was being worked on by Paul. During the current 'Covid' situation, I felt safe at all times I was in the building and being delt with. And once again Wendy was a credit to Sytner Newport.
Took a little longer than expected but this was only because I was short of time so thought what the car was booked in for would have taken less time to complete!
Julie always meets and greats with a smile. Matthew always keeps me informed of progress and any work required.
Since purchasing a vehicle in Oct /Nov last year, Aimee Sanderson has handled any concerns or questions that I have had attentively & professionally. Always helpful & an essential part of the after sales service. Would score 6 stars if available.

The car service was done promptly it was easy to book in the car and the pick was also easy%
Matthew the Service Advisor who looked after me was excellent. Also a special mention for Wendy the Meeter Greeter who does an excellent job.
I was welcomed by a warm, friendly receptionist that 'checked in' my car. My vehicle was serviced on time and I was given a verbal report on what had been done and reminded that some further work will be needed in the future.
The service was completed professionally in the agreed 1 ½ time period

I was met at the door by the customer receptionist when I left the car and also when I returned to collect it. I had good service from the service advisor and all contact was Covi safe.
Explained what they found out what was causing the problems and spoke to me about it and what was needed . Explained the cost and gave them the go ahead.

Martin Nolan was superb. I have dealt with this guy for a number of years and he is always helpful.
No bother with dropping off and picking the car back up.
With COVID barriers up communication inevitably suffered which led, in my case to an impromptu MOT. Error was accepted and no charge made which was an excellent response.
Only there for 2 hours for a full service and having a tyre replaced. All staff were very kind and helpful

Allowing for all the Covid Restrictions, the handover and collection of my vehicle was excellent.
They did everything required and got the car ready in the time slot requested. Staff were well informed and everyone was most helpful. They also take care with COVID safety. For example Wendy on reception coming outside with everything ready at drop.
Aimee was fantastic to deal with, very professional and kept me updated whilst my vehicle was being investigated and repaired. She was also very helpful liaising with BMW roadside assistance and Enterprise whilst i was utilising a temporary hire car
Rebecca and colin always have always delivered excellent customer service and ensured that despite my car having many faults colin talked me through what was wrong with it and the best way to repair it.
Dropped car off easily, service done, car ready and picked up easily. Only downside was due to the current situation with COVID car not cleaned, but was advised at time of booking so no worries

Despite being unable to enter the showroom in person due to Covid 19 restrictions, therefore all communication was via phone call, Rebecca was efficient, polite and helpful and was on hand at all times.

Hassle free, drop off and collection. The fault was diagnosed quickly and repaired before lunch. The video service sent to me is a very nice touch. Shame I couldn't have a courtesy car for the day as had to arrange lifts. But that's a small thing
