I was welcomed warmly when I arrived at the dealership. The receptionist is always happy and efficient. My car was dealt with in the recommended time.
Cost came in under what was quoted and puck up and delivery service was extremely helpful rather than having to wait around.

Arrival to booking the car in was great We telephoned to make a query about the Sat Nav and needed a call back which was very prompt.

Very personal service - they identified me from my registration number as I drove into the facility (I think!) and hence greated me by name at the door. They came to meet me with all the paperwork in hand. Could not do this better!!!

Nothing was too much trouble
I've given the score because Andrew Johnson made sure I understood all the details and he explained and talked us through all the new features when collecting the car. Nothing was rushed even though the showroom was very busy.
