Despite being unable to enter the showroom in person due to Covid 19 restrictions, therefore all communication was via phone call, Rebecca was efficient, polite and helpful and was on hand at all times.
Everything I wanted done was achieved. Also the cost wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be, contrary to the rumours I had heard.

Communication very good . They found a bulge in one of my front tyres which was caused by a pot hole shortly after buying car a year ago . Had both front tyres changed and now drives 100 percent better .
Hassle free, drop off and collection. The fault was diagnosed quickly and repaired before lunch. The video service sent to me is a very nice touch. Shame I couldn't have a courtesy car for the day as had to arrange lifts. But that's a small thing
