Carried out everything as expected
When a dealership admits they have little experience of M Models this is worrying. Several issue were reported with my car out, only one has been rectified . Some parts were on back order which should have been received by now, yet still no response
Car was booked in for an end of warranty check on a while you wait basis. Did take around 2.5hrs so a bit longer than target time indicated.
The work was completed within the estimated time and the vehicle health check video is a great idea. The car was also valeted "fantastic"
My only concern was the replaced components were left in the boot, so had to be removed and boot cleaned
From the time I walked through the front door was made welcome given coffee and biscuits a administrator came to me . Who explained procedure .and kept me informed.

Identified fault with car rebooked. Turned up for prebooked appointment. No part ordered so not required. Wasted 1.5Hrs of my time going to the appointment. Assitant said he would confirm the new appointment nothing sent.

Lack of communication, had to wait around before & on collection of vehicle Niggles like clock incorrect which I didn't notice & so was late for appointment! First time ever car not washed after service!

I objected to having to pay for an insurance waiver, when my New X5 was in to have a fault rectified. In order to get the issue resolved I had to get the sales team involved.

Car went in for Mini service and m o t at 8.30 did not get my car back until 4.30pm did not get told it would take this long and was told it was still not done need to be washed might take another hour was not happy how long it took
This time the service was excellent, really excellent, right until I picked up my car. At that point I was just given the key told the receipt would be emailed to me. It was not. I phoned after a day and was told it would be done. It never was.
Matthew made the whole visit seamless and went above and beyond to help.
had a recall EGR cooler which was replaced free of charge but also BMW gave my car a free health check which was very comprehensive.
I was disappointed that the price quoted on the website was different to what I was charged at the dealer. The website asked for my registration so it was clear that my vehicle was still under warranty.

Car in for brake fluid change and asked to check drivers side front suspension as I have a knocking sound. Fluid was changed but told couldn't find a problem with suspension and to come back - a 30sec test would have shown this. Inconvenient for me.
Josh and Nichola on the service desk looked after me, taking my exacting standards on board. The fitter on the day did an excellent job of fitting my new tyres and inspected the wheels before and after, ensuring no damage.

Electrical fault difficult to identify and rectify resulting in vehicle off road for some weeks. Service assistant very helpful kept me informed as to progress and secured approval to goodwill repair after unsuccessful first attempt.
Issue with car persisting and not been sorted. Car has been with dealer three times, with the third time so far for 2 weeks.
My car was recalled for a safety fault. The appointment was a week before the agreed visit planned for a 1 day. On the day It was discovered that the necessary spare was not available and I had to wait until the following day to pick up.

I sat and waited for my one year old BMW active Tourer to have a check and valet free of charge. During my time at tSytner , Newport, the courtesy and hospitality shown to me by the staff was second to none. M car was treated well too;

No calls back and updates are poor. Keep having to go back and forth with the car even though the issue is known.
The customer care continues during the day with updates and a short video showing the inspection/work required. Cerys also explained what work had been undertaken and reassured me that the 'drive' of the vehicle would be unchanged.
Due to the poor organisation of the day in general and the delay I had at the end of the day whilst awaiting to simply pay for my service.

4.5 hours for swapping summer to winter wheels. Essentially due to the misplaced winters in store and then wrong info on the report. Staff as always excellent.
