A poor service experience where I had to make repeated calls in the absence of being called back.
There was an issue about replacement of a boot trim panel which l was told would be resolved and would be contacted again after my cars service. That was nearly two weeks ago and lve heard nothing to indicate that this issue is receiving attention
Ok, car damaged during service so had to keep the car over the weekend while additional parts were ordered.
All completed on time but it would have been nice for the car to have had a quick valet afterwards as with other dealerships
updating incorrect software went easily only problem was that i wasnt notified the computer software was corrupt and needed a recall before the alarm on the car notified me
All down to Paul Hardy, polite and prompt, answered all of my questions, called me to inform me the status of the vehicle and definitely a 5* rating from me

Not satisfied with the assessment of the problem it went in with. Not entirely sure the problem with coolant is excluded or fixed. Plus car was not cleaned as it used to be on previous visits.
Experience was super quick and efficient during these Covid times.

We had a phone call a few days before asking us to Collect the car at a certain time on a certain date couldn't do that percific time So asked to Do abit later which was no issue at all. The day we went to collect the car we was explained everything.

I purchased the car just after the centre re-opened following shutdown for the Covid-19 pandemic and all involved made the process feel safe.
The Centre is very welcoming and staff attentive, though there is never a feeling of a pressurised sell. When we were considering which trim was best for us I was happy we were given the right advice because time was taken to understand our needs.
