My car has not been updated after a device which means I will h e to return again to Newport in order to get the information uploaded on my car. Very poor.

One slight blip was that the check list I was given included information from a previous visit when a tyre had to be replaced because of a bulge in the side wall. This was sorted out and explained.

There was confusion over the booking - I had to wait circa 30 minutes. The service advisor was excellent throughout the process. When I collected my car, it could not be found - it was eventually found on the ramp - I had to wait circa 40 minutes.

The tyres were under inflated upon driving on the motorway, I had to stop to inflate them.

See above. Although the staff were courteous and tried to be helpful, and the work was done under warranty (apart from the cost of two new tyres) this was the worst experience I have had with any vehicle. This was my fifth BMW and it will be my last.

Car was late being returned, 1.5hrs late, but I did ask for the car top be washed, but that was not done properly. Perhaps a quick blast with the pressure washer was what was done

Was initially quoted a price of £345 and 2 hours time to complete the service which included a wash too. I returned just over 2 hours later to see that my car hadn't been washed and a bill of £367 , I didn't have time to wait for it to be washed.

I don't really like being greeted by receptionist as "lovely lady", especially after I had provided car registration so had been identified. Stone chip damage quote should give touch up option as well as "ideal" solution (repaint bonnet)
