Carried out everything as expected
When a dealership admits they have little experience of M Models this is worrying. Several issue were reported with my car out, only one has been rectified . Some parts were on back order which should have been received by now, yet still no response
Car was booked in for an end of warranty check on a while you wait basis. Did take around 2.5hrs so a bit longer than target time indicated.
The work was completed within the estimated time and the vehicle health check video is a great idea. The car was also valeted "fantastic"
My only concern was the replaced components were left in the boot, so had to be removed and boot cleaned
From the time I walked through the front door was made welcome given coffee and biscuits a administrator came to me . Who explained procedure .and kept me informed.

Service not completed to expected standard. Access flap to sump plug left hanging beneath the car and engine top cover not secured in place after service.

I discussed with Nicola and Rob and it was muted that this was unusual for such a large fault in a relatively low mileage car. I was told by Nicola to call Customer Service head office. I did and spoke with Olivia.

Very good, although software update left car with European settings so had to solve it and convert back to uk

Identified fault with car rebooked. Turned up for prebooked appointment. No part ordered so not required. Wasted 1.5Hrs of my time going to the appointment. Assitant said he would confirm the new appointment nothing sent.

This time they forgot to fill the washers but have agreed to do so when I am next in the area.

Lack of communication, had to wait around before & on collection of vehicle Niggles like clock incorrect which I didn't notice & so was late for appointment! First time ever car not washed after service!
Always welcoming and accommodating when flexibility on drop off/pick ups is required. Loan car during the service was no problem and most welcome.

Actual test drive duration shorter than requested due to other booking when told it had been booked. Road fund licence not applied for as requested by myself due to what appears to be a rush to deliver the car. Items missing and faulty with vehicle
