From Wendy on meet and greet to Josh and the team on the service desk, first impressions really count and at this branch they have it spot on!
Problem occurred with my car and it was dealt with efficiently
Car returned in an unacceptable condition of cleanliness, filthy!!! Complained to staff who arranged for the car to be cleaned, it was subsequently still filthy in places when returned to me for the second time. Very disappointing service .

Contacted dealer after finding dust caps missing call not returned
Issue with automatic gearbox sticking in first gear. Car recovered to BMW Newport. All diagnostics and test drive were negative, but no explanation given of possible reason.
The service was completed within the day even though and additional issue had to be addressed with the vehicle.
After arriving and introducing myself to the receptionist, I had to await 1 hour to to be seen by a service agent to book my car in. No one came to the waiting area during that hour, to explain what the delay was due too.
Everyone made you feel at home and looked after you.
Good service, however, does not feel like the most relaxing environment.

I had my vehicle in for a check as it had an oil leak, I was very concerned that it didn't get fixed and I have to return the vehicle after 1000 miles, BMW policy but I was happy that Josh has arranged a vehicle for me to use once I drop mine off.
there are issues with the car. yet the technician decided there is not.. and no one seems to know what the ''charger ports'' behind the drivers seat are for and why they dont work
Depends upon what you mean by service, the staff are wonderful but still not fixed my car
the job was done to my satisfaction within a time limit which I had requested. I also received transport to a local venue whilst I waited for the service to be completed.

When I queried the time factor, the garage said they thought we wanted the car back urgently. This was untrue as I had mentioned the car was not needed for over a week as I was having a car free holiday.
Experience was good from the reception to the Service Advisor when arriving. The reception advisor, Wendy, was very attentive and arranged for transport for my wife when she became unwell whilst waiting for the car.
Treated with courtesy and respect and made to feel welcome in every aspect.

I only give 1 or 5, as the answer is either satisfied or not.A member of staff at the dealership didn't complete the job I had paid for, and this wasn't correct, so currently I am not satisfied.
I have not been disappointed with the service I have received except once when we were ignored by the sales staff and that led to me going elsewhere for a new car.
All staff were efficient and courteous
The video report was excellent BUT as it showed a screw in a tyre it was recommended to replace with a new one costing £225. I preferred to see if it could be repaired. The tyre repairs firm took out the tiny screw with his hand, no tool required!

Never had a bad experience with BMW after sale service. Also the meet and greet lady (sorry I forget her name) is absolutely fantastic. So helpful, so polite, I would like to think this message can get back to her.
The warranty fault was identified quickly and rectified in the timescale given. The car was returned to me having been cleaned which I also appreciated.
Efficient, friendly, professional service
I would have given a completely satisfied, however I was booked in for brake pads only to be told I had to re-book as the brake discs needed changing and were not in stock.Not a problem for me as I am happy to work in the customer area.
Thankful team are trying to sort but frustrated that they dont really know what the problem is and for a low mileage luxury car I could still face a big bill!!
I would have given 5 stars but the time estimate given to was was too short and I had to take the car without it being given a valet. The second time this has happened.
Booked in a two hour slot which then took 4 hours for a front brake pad service, was treated well while I waited but the communication could have been better
The only reason I have not given 5 is that I was sent the wrong health check video : it was someone elses car and although I pointed this out I did not receive mine.

Rear car mat left on leather upholstery, Dust cap missing from one wheel. Service record shows incorrect tyres on vehicle. Told would also receive a video which never have done. Told would take approx 90 minutes more like 150 minutes
Car had two issues. One fixed and new parts ordered to fix the second issue

Had very little in the way of problems. If I have a problem it tends to be sorted quickly and effectively.
Everybody was uniformly excellent
3 visits to resolve problem. Usually an unacceptable wait to be seen despite going at off peak times. Loss of 3/4 tank of fuel during repair!

Josh was very help and kept me up to speed with repairs. However I did have to chase them up in handing over the car back as it was being washed but took a long time, not easy when trying to look after children at the same time.
I also didnt get the free health check video promised. There is surface corrosion to the brake drum and calipers which wasnt attended to?

They tried to make it right but after picking up the car to fix, delivered it back with problems. Every time I start my car it warns me it needs a service. The service history on the idrive is showing as being 2 years overdue.

I expressed interest in the particular car during several visits to the centre. The approach of the team was encouraging but never pushy. They were willing to listen to and ultimately meet (or perhaps exceed) my expectations.
Paul Jones could not have done a better job! He has remained in contact over the years and managed to put together a deal for the car I wanted with the financial package to make it work at short notice.
I am very happy with the experience I had with sytner newport, a great atmosphere everyone was very professional and good at their job. Very clean building with a good selection of vehicles to look at in doors and outside.
