Problem I reported with the car was corrected and the car is running well after it's first service.
Same as previous.
I did have to wait a bit to get my report and keys back but it wasnt a really a problem and there is a comfortable waiting area
Josh was very help and kept me up to speed with repairs. However I did have to chase them up in handing over the car back as it was being washed but took a long time, not easy when trying to look after children at the same time.
Always very helpful and accommodating in dropping and picking me up from work when car is with them
I also didnt get the free health check video promised. There is surface corrosion to the brake drum and calipers which wasnt attended to?
Convienent time slot, informed throughout of any delays etc.

They tried to make it right but after picking up the car to fix, delivered it back with problems. Every time I start my car it warns me it needs a service. The service history on the idrive is showing as being 2 years overdue.

The lady (Nicola) was very helpful and gave me an idea what the service entailed and she made sure I understood the workings of the car I borrowed
No problems at all and the service agent lady went out of her way to help, even organising the replacement of a blown fuse (that I had forgotten to mention) after the service was completed.

Nothing wrong with dealership or staff Its the outcome of windscreen cracked on inside of car not outside (no impact) literally drive car from showroom from London day of purchase the screen was fine in the morning was crack right down Centre

We had a few issues with the brake pads not being ordered prior to my cars visit the first time. So people could therefore rate the service completely dissatisfied but for me it was how well that issue was overcome by the sytner Newport family.

I took my car for it's second service to BMW Newport hoping for a better experience from the last time. Unfortunately this was not to be. I was told the service could not be completed because they didn't have any spark plugs. Just not good enough.
My car was only in for an MOT, that at only £37.50 was extremely competitively priced. My car was valeted and cleaned, I really unexpected bonus considering that it was only in for an MOT - wonderful !

All very smooth. A fortnight's delivery delay was not the dealer's fault and no great problem anyway.
