This was my first service for this car and drop off time pre-arranged and drop off and pick up from work sorted to my satisfaction. What would be done during the service, including any enhancements, was clearly explained and confirmed on collection.
Service reception are polite, friendly and efficient. If I had one minor niggle, finding a space to leave my car for service can be very difficult.
Nicola (I think her name was) was very accommodating, polite and friendly.
Cont. from question 1. The boot open switch was displayed permanently on the dash so I had to be given another courtesy car which had very little fuel. On Tue 4th Dec my vehicle was returned to me but the problem was still not rectified!
Overall very satisfied except I dont think my rear windscreen wipers are that great it smears badly!

My car was repaired within two days and i was seen straight away no wasting time.
great welcome.very comfortable waiting area.car cleaned also.my only gripe was that I was unable to park the car on the premises.there were no free spaces,so had to drive approx half a mile away.it was obviously very busy that day.
The staff were very helpful and always keeping us updated, especially Ashley & Josh.
The car was dropped off at 9:10 with a promise it would be ready at 5:30 and someone would call us at 3:30 with an update. We did not receive a call and the car wasn't ready until almost 6:00. Our expectations weren't managed and promises not kept.

After paying £512 service i was pretty satisfied albeit very expensive. Given a few future advisory issues. However when i was informed there was malfunction of the water screen washer light i was fumming. Surely BMW SHOULD FIX THIS - not my fault!

Car returned in an unacceptable condition of cleanliness, filthy!!! Complained to staff who arranged for the car to be cleaned, it was subsequently still filthy in places when returned to me for the second time. Very disappointing service .

Issue with automatic gearbox sticking in first gear. Car recovered to BMW Newport. All diagnostics and test drive were negative, but no explanation given of possible reason.
Good service, however, does not feel like the most relaxing environment.

I had my vehicle in for a check as it had an oil leak, I was very concerned that it didn't get fixed and I have to return the vehicle after 1000 miles, BMW policy but I was happy that Josh has arranged a vehicle for me to use once I drop mine off.
there are issues with the car. yet the technician decided there is not.. and no one seems to know what the ''charger ports'' behind the drivers seat are for and why they dont work
the job was done to my satisfaction within a time limit which I had requested. I also received transport to a local venue whilst I waited for the service to be completed.

When I queried the time factor, the garage said they thought we wanted the car back urgently. This was untrue as I had mentioned the car was not needed for over a week as I was having a car free holiday.
Experience was good from the reception to the Service Advisor when arriving. The reception advisor, Wendy, was very attentive and arranged for transport for my wife when she became unwell whilst waiting for the car.
