We booked the car in for 09:15, and it wasn't even looked at until 14:00. No phone call or video as expected. Upon chasing we were told need further investigation and would receive a call back. 11:00 the next morning, still no phone call.

I had given my car for repair in July. I was charged £300 for investigation & £765 for repair. But the problem was not resolved. In sep I was charged again £150 for investigation & given quote of @£4700 for exhaust repair.

Because nothing was resolved! The car was booked in to look for an intermittant fault which they failed to find. I agreed to pay the £150 charge with the areement that if the fault came back they would look again without charge and provide a hire car

1) I completed the initial online service request that asked me if I wanted paint estimate I ticked yes for two small stone chips on bonnet , no feedback received 2) The courtesy wash, the standard was very poor indeed , large smudges on many panels

I booked a drop and wait appointment advertised as a 90 minute appointment. The actual appointment took 3 hours. The information on your booking app requires updating to be more realistic to customers as I was advised it would never be 90 mins.

Seen on a visual health check that the NSR wheel is a different size to the others. BMW is taking no responsibility despite there being three visual health checks carried out since my last tyre change. I think this wheel has been in place from new.
