The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I was kept updated from the moment I signed my finance agreement; I would receive emails when my BMW went into production and what stage was it in up until delivery. Amazing!

Yeah great, they went above and beyond to deliver the car. Delivering the car to my home and then coming to my work for the paperwork was great as I have a busy job it wouldn't have been possible to get the car without this kind of service.

Work carried out, at the agreed price, so no issues there. My online portal said I would have health check and video, which means a lot to me, as I want to keep the car (my baby!) in top condition. I didn't get either. Continued.

I was promised numerous call backs with updates and had to do all my own chasing! Not great service at all. Im still waiting on photos promised would be with me in a few minutes 48hours later atillhavent had them. Another chaser call needed!

I phoned up to a follow up after a fault with my bmw. Callum had told me he would call me and let me know the outcome however I phoned up 3-4 times and was told every time he would call me back and I still haven't heard off him.

From the first call to register the breakdown on Tuesday, to collecting the car on Wednesday, I felt looked after. It was very reassuring that the BMW warranty and the Premier AA cover took care of everything. The staff were excellent, great coffee!

Meeting and greeting was perfect apart from being kept in the loop as to if my car had arrived and what the problem was as I was told I would be kept updated but I ended up ringing myself. It's just the repair side of things that let it down

Technicians disconnected dash cam and in doing so pulled the mount off the windscreen. It now falls off every couple of days. I will have to buy a new adhesive pad. If they had let me know when I dropped the car off I would have taken the cam with me

Great customer service and communication. Far better than my previous dealings with Sytner BMW Newport from 2017-2021. Communication was poor during that time and left far from feeling a valued customer. Nicola was a pleasure to deal with.

Very happy with job lot apart from some slight concern as to whether the air conditioning was fully pressurised because the degree of cold air issuing is rather "poor" having to keep the conditioning on full.

The experience was generally good. Comfortable waiting area but a hold-up returning the car due to staff lunch. On booking in I was surprised that on two separate occasions Sytner didn't take account of the pre-paid service package, seeking payment.
