Paul Jones at Sytner Newport was great, but let down by Scrive, which simply did not work and indeed still has not allowed me to complete the finance agreement so I can take delivery.

Experience was 5 star as always. But the fault it came in for, couldn't be found. I know therefore i will need to bring the car back again, because it has now been in twice!! The fault doesn't happen everyday, this is the problem.

Left waiting for 2 hours with no update on progress, even though the sales person new we were waiting. Also informed that there was a cut in my front tyre. Had front tyres changed but the mechanic could not find the cut. Did not receive video.
