Mixed, happy with the work but I rang up about the recall nobody could help me . I also requested the valet service on the pre-service questionnaire. Even though I had to bring the car in through no fault of mine it wasn't given even as a courtesy.

Disappointed with the experience. I am a 35 minute drive away from garage and had to chase at 4pm to find out status on the car after dropping off at 9am. Car was not washed or valeted and I feel BMW do bear minimum before warranty expires.

Car purchased, brake discs were replaced before pickup. 5k miles later and they are warped yet even though warranty doesn't cover consumables, you fitted a part that wasn't fit for purpose which should have its own warranty. Lucky manager sorted.

I booked a courtesy car & waited 2 months for appointment. I arrived and was told there was no courtesy car. Then, I was told the leaking panoramic roof on my X5 (which started leaking when the car was 3 months old) isn't covered under the warranty
