I was very satisfied. My only comment would be that the Service team were unable to action the starter motor recall as the part was unavailable. It would have saved me another journey if they could have fixed it there and them.

Dropping car off at reception was chaotic with long delays. Major oil service carried out but additional service carried out and charged for without prior agreement. I believe recall issue was done but no confirmation of this.

I booked a full oil service this was not carried out. When I asked about this I was told only the brake fluid needed servicing. A week after the service a qarning light told me I neee an oil service in 800 miles.

Sytner Newport have been very helpful, although I am disappointed in my Approved Used Warranty as it doesn't cover a faulty window seal, which was no doubt present when I purchased the car in March 2025 from Cotswold Cheltenham.

I asked if they would look at a battery problem, I query whether it had been checked. Also a minor point of asking for a sticky pad for the dash cam which had come away. A piece of white sticky tape was added, dash cam was still hanging off

Service good. Since the refit the customer waiting area has been halfed in size and is now seats in a circle around low coffee tables. No service desks! You have to pay and discuss any issues in front of other customers. No privacy which is not good.

Car booked for 10am serice which was advised would be approx 2 hours. On our return at 1.30pm the car was still in the parking space where we had left it. The car had not been serviced. We tried to speak to someone but the majority of staff were out.
